Mr. FREDERIC SAINT GERMAIN AND Mr. FRANCIS SARRES work with passion to provide us each week ducks of quality.
The integrality of their production is intended to us.
As for the raw materials, we privilege the local suppliers for the other purchases (packing, materials of manufacture and transport, services….).


Our principal partners are of course our customers who, thanks to confidence and fidelity that they testify to us, allow us to perpetuate the know-how of our house.

About half of our activity is turned towards the professionals (butchers, delicatessens, restorers,...) other half is practiced on the Gastronomy Shows (see list) or directly with “La Renardière”.

 
 



After 5 years during which we did ourselves the cramming of our geese and ducks, it is in the Landes that the breeding and the cramming have been carried out for 20 years.

Two farmers located in Chalosse, producing themselves their corn, in the open air ensure the breeding, the traditional cramming and the slaughtering of the palmipeds.
